Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join a growing international client in Rotterdam. You will manage the day-to-day order-to-cash process, oversee inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution while acting as the link between the commercial team and customers to keep orders moving accurately.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Operations/Logistics and about 2 years in operations or logistics, with strong German and/or Polish and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Facility Management.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in operations or logistics.
• Proficiency in German and/or Polish and English.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and prioritise incoming orders and internal orders, ensuring accuracy of details and documents.
• Prepare and distribute documentation to carriers, customers, and agents promptly.
• Handle claims as the first point of contact and chase outstanding payments with Finance.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate internal contact.
