Job summary

Under Armour is seeking an Orderbook & Analytics Coordinator for Amsterdam to manage the day-to-day orderbook for EMEA accounts. You will work with sales, planners and logistics to ensure timely delivery and KPI achievement, using SAP, BI and Excel to monitor performance and drive improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in supply-chain or customer-service teams and on-site work four days a week. You will travel to regional hub and visit key customers as needed, contributing to data-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in supply-chain operations or customer-service roles is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with SAP, BI and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Business Objects reporting and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day orderbook for EMEA accounts and monitor KPIs.
• Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports; ensure SLA compliance.
• Communicate proactively with accounts, sales, logistics and cross-functional teams.
• Support SAP upgrades, new processes, and onboarding for the team.
