Eight Advisory UK Limited in Amsterdam is seeking an Analyst to join the Transaction Services & Restructuring team. You will plan, execute and deliver projects for private equity and corporate clients.

You will work in diverse teams, gain exposure to all stages of the transaction, and contribute to timely, high-quality assignments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics.
• Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A, banking) is a plus.
• Financial analytical skills are an asset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for challenging projects.
• Ability to solve issues in a practical and creative manner.
• Excellent communication and strong teamwork.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a strong asset.
• Willingness to work on cross-border assignments.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam as an Analyst.

You will plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects for front-ranking private equity and corporate clients

You will work in diverse teams and help conducting analyses, with a full exposure to all stages of the transaction

You will be responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard

Your team members participate in your day-to-day training and help you acquire all the technical knowledge required to work autonomously within the team

Job requirements

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Analyst to have :

A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics

Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A, banking and other related fields) is a plus

Financial analytical skills are considered as an asset
