Your responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing and financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with the TS team).
• Directly contribute to new business pipelines and generating business.
• First point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the financial due diligence process.
• Advise on the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction.

Your profile

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands‑on qualities and strive for collective success. You are detail‑oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as a Senior Associate or Manager.
• 4-6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint).
• Self‑starter with a proactive approach to acquiring skills and getting the job completed.
• Strong project and time‑management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity with an enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge.
• A can‑do attitude and no nonsense approach.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
