Job summary

Eight Advisory UK Limited in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Manager for our Transaction Services & Restructuring team. You will lead financial due diligence engagements, identify key business drivers, and deliver reports and presentations to clients.

You will manage engagement teams and support business development across cross-border assignments. The role requires a Master’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience, fluent Dutch and English, and strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit.
• Fluent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge.
• Dutch and English fluency required.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and identifying issues that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction.
• Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables.
• Manage day to day engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Prepare deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with stakeholders.
• Steer and guide team members.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
