Job summary

Brock & Decker, an established private equity investor, seeks an Investment Analyst to join its Amsterdam team. You will engage across the full investment lifecycle—from origination to exit—working closely with management to drive strategic transformation and value creation.

Responsibilities include building financial models, performing valuation analyses, conducting market research, and preparing materials for investment committees.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services/Deal Advisory, Strategy Consulting, Private Equity or Growth Equity
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, hands-on team environment
