To strengthen our presence at our PC Hooftstraat Boutique, we are recruiting a Trainer In-store & Sales Advisor. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in developing our team's expertise in the field, while also contributing to an exceptional client experience on the shop floor.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In-store Training & Team Development (Primary Mission)
As the in-store trainer for the NL teams, you ensure that every team member embodies Longchamp's standards of service, product expertise, and sales excellence:
- Deliver onboarding and continuous training directly on the shop floor (never in classroom settings).
- Animate seasonal training modules and adapt your delivery when receiving material from HQ (e.g., interpreting and bringing to life training PPTs).
- Coach the team daily on selling techniques, retail KPIs, clienteling, and use of digital tools.
- Monitor the proper application of training content and support team members in improving their skills.
- Supervise the completion and follow-through of digital learning paths.
- Conduct monthly training reports for HQ and ensure clear communication on progress and needs.
- Act as a proactive force within the store, identifying training gaps and proposing concrete solutions.
2. Client Experience, Clienteling & Sales Support (Secondary Mission)
Alongside your training role, you support the daily client experience as a Sales Advisor when needed :
- Welcome and guide clients with warmth, expertise, and authenticity.
- Understand client needs to offer personalised advice and ensure a memorable luxury experience.
- Build long-term client relationships through personalised follow-up and use of clienteling tools.
- Contribute to the development of a quality client database and strong customer loyalty.
3. Store Operations & Brand Ambassadorship
You help ensure the store reflects the Longchamp spirit and operates smoothly:
- Support daily store tasks (cash management, stockroom flow, inventories, replenishment, product transfers…).
- Guarantee impeccable product presentation and participate in Visual Merchandising updates.
- Embody the values of energy, excellence, and authenticity, acting as a role model for the team on both training and boutique standards.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven experience in retail training and in-store coaching.
- Strong command of selling techniques, KPIs, and clienteling tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.
- Natural ability to engage, motivate, and inspire retail teams.
- Strong communication skills and dynamic presentation abilities.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and image consistent with luxury retail standards.
