Job summary

Hermès Benelux Nordics Netherlands Branch is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming first point of contact for clients in-store, delivering warm, elegant service across Hermès universes and building lasting relationships.

You will develop sales with a client-centric approach, adapting to each client’s needs and contributing to a premium shopping experience consistent with Hermès brand values. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant customer facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
• A true passion for people & service.
• A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile.
• Fluent Dutch and English, Mandarin is a plus.
• The ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy.
• Broad interest/knowledge in topics of general culture (Arts, Travel, Literature, News..)
• To be up to date on luxury market trends and social media activity
