Job summary

Versuni, formerly Philips Domestic Appliances, seeks a Category & Trade Marketing Specialist to own the Perfect Store strategy for Airfryer and drive category growth across channels. Translate RGM insights into commercial priorities, optimize assortment, promotions, and activation to win at the point of purchase.

You will lead in-store and online executions with key retail partners, manage a 12-month promo calendar, develop local activations, and measure performance to deliver strong commercial

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Strategic Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of in-store execution, promotional planning, and retail partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Perfect Store and E-Commerce execution with priority retail partners.
• Develop customer-specific Perfect Store, E-Commerce, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies.
• Design and implement tailored visual merchandising solutions to improve shopper conversion.
• Create and deliver customer-specific promotional plans and activations.
• Collaborate with KAMs, Trade Marketing, and Consumer Marketing Managers for alignment.
• Analyze and report in-store and online shopper marketing performance.
• Coordinate with the global Perfect Store capability team to deploy best practices.
