Versuni in the Netherlands is seeking a Perfect Store & Trade Marketing Specialist to lead in-store and online execution with key retail partners. You will shape Perfect Store, E-Commerce and RGM strategies, optimize category approaches, pricing, promotions and activations to drive sustainable growth.

By designing tailored visual merchandising and collaborating with KAMs, Trade Marketing and Consumer Marketing, you will translate commercial plans into impactful retail and digital experiences,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and promotional effectiveness.
• Knowledge of planogram design, visual merchandising, and online retail media.
• Strong project management, analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead Perfect Store & E-Commerce execution with priority retail partners.
• Develop customer-specific Perfect Store, E-Commerce, and RGM strategies.
• Design and implement visual merchandising solutions to improve shopper conversion.
• Create customer-specific promotional plans and activations in-store and online.
• Analyze in-store and online shopper marketing performance and report insights.
• Collaborate with the global Perfect Store capability team to deploy best practices.
