Job summary

Chemelex is seeking a detail-oriented planning and coordination professional to support daily project execution across Western Europe. You will act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders and assist in scheduling, resources, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

Strong planning skills, ability to work independently, and fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) are required, along with experience in insulation-related work and AutoCAD/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a planning related role is a plus.
• Able to work independently and quickly learn new tasks.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for internal and external parties for the execution of the project.
• Back-up for project manager or site coordinator in Western Europe.
• Capturing/updating a work planning for internal prioritization of execution.
• Internal resource planning of materials and people (site scope).
• Preparation of work packs for installation to be started (continuous planning).
• Communication with customer related to dispatching of people to site/location.
• Arranging trainings, tools, certifications.
• Arranging document collection/centralization for internal process compliance.
• Assistance in document control related tasks for the projects in question.
• Managing customer transmittals around installation and safety.
