Job summary

Refitech B.V. in the Netherlands seeks a Work Planner to organize, prepare, plan and execute activities that support production and sales.

You will dive into new requests, review files, and draft work instructions and bills of materials, coordinating with suppliers and colleagues. You will maintain close contact with customers and the team, applying a hands-on mentality to handle new products from idea to realization in a small, dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a similar position within a technical manufacturing company.
• Linx between sales, engineering, purchasing and shop floor execution.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to develop new products from idea to realization.
• Proficient in basic 2D and 3D software techniques.
• Good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Refitech is developing rapidly and would like to speak with a suitable candidate for the position: WORK PLANNER.

A versatile position in which you will get to work organizing, preparing, planning, and executing various activities to support production and sales. If you enjoy figuring things out and arranging matters in a technical environment, and have a hands-on mentality, then this is the job for you. You will dive into new requests and investigate matters in preparation for production. This includes reviewing files, drafting work instructions & bills of materials, among other things, and coordinating internally and externally with suppliers. The team you work with is motivated. You have close contact with all colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Profile:

• Several years of experience in a similar position within a technical manufacturing company.
• You are the linchpin between sales, engineering, purchasing, and execution on the shop floor.
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking on new products and contributing to their development, from the initial idea through to product realization.
• You are proficient in basic 2D and 3D software techniques.
• Experience in composites or plastics processing is desirable but not required. Good technical insight is essential.
• Good command of Dutch and English. German is a plus.
• You enjoy working in a small organization where management and execution overlap and priorities can change quickly.
