Job summary

Chemelex is seeking a detail-oriented planning and coordination professional to support daily project execution across Western Europe. You will act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders and assist in scheduling, resources, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

Strong planning skills, ability to work independently, and fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) are required, along with experience in insulation-related work and AutoCAD/Excel proficiency.

What is Trac-Loc:

Trac-Loc is a prefabricated, insulated panel system for flat-bottom storage tanks. Manufactured off-site, its panels are assembled on-site with a vertical double-locking standing seam, making them ideal for large tanks.

What you will experience in this position:

Chemelex works with various clients—including end-users, tank terminals, and tank builders—on projects of different sizes and durations throughout Western Europe.

Our office located in Amstelveen, near Amsterdam supports the Trac-Loc business by providing engineering and design, logistical services and well as facilitating the production.

In this role, you will support all key aspects of daily project execution by coordinating resources, planning, and construction to ensure smooth project delivery.

Most activities can be described as follows:

• Central point of contact for both internal and external parties for the execution of the project

You have:

Besides being communicatively strong and describing yourself as a real team player, you also have additional knowledge, such as:

• Drive for structure and efficiency of processes
• Interest in communication with a wide variety of people (internal/external)
• Experience in a planning related role is a plus
• Able to work independently and consider yourself a quick learner
• Interest in creating your own workspace without being micro-managed
• Ability to keep an overview of multiple actions taking place in parallel
• Technical Diploma
• Technical insulation skills (minimum 2 years)
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Software and systems skills: AutoCAD, Excel
