The successful candidate will configure TOPdesk, implement REST/JSON integrations, build dashboards, and collaborate with process owners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven TOPdesk configuration, administration and API usage.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting API-based integrations (REST/JSON) between TOPdesk and external systems, preferably using AWS.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge with the ability to manage complex data flows and authentication.
• Experience in BI reporting and AI-driven automation patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with SaaS application experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize TOPdesk as the central ITSM platform to ensure reliable service delivery and process maturity.
• Design and implement configurations and automate complex workflows using TOPdesk features.
• Build secure integrations between TOPdesk and external systems (APIs/AWS) with robust data flow.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor service quality and SLAs.
• Act as technical liaison between process owners, IT support, and suppliers to share best practices.
