Job summary

Are you ready to shape the ITSM landscape as a TOPdesk Engineer & Administrator for a leading retailer? You will own the central service management platform, drive automation, and translate ITIL-aligned processes into seamless user experiences, with opportunities for permanent or freelance engagement.

The role focuses on optimizing TOPdesk, building integrations via APIs and AWS, and delivering data-driven improvements across service quality and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience configuring and administering TOPdesk with internal APIs.
• Experience designing API-based integrations (REST/JSON) between TOPdesk and external systems, preferably using AWS.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM process understanding and data flow management.
• Experience in BI reporting and AI-driven automation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and develop TOPdesk as the central ITSM platform.
• Translate ITIL processes into configurations and automate complex workflows.
• Design and maintain secure TOPdesk integrations with external systems (APIs/AWS).
• Develop dashboards and reports for service quality, SLAs, and volumes.
• Liaise between process owners, IT support, and suppliers to document best practices.
