Job summary

aidem, a TikTok-first agency headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks a Project Manager to lead client projects, define scopes, manage budgets, and oversee content production. You will coordinate with sales, head of projects, and internal/external teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and strengthen client relationships.

You will guide campaigns through the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless experience for clients and teams, and drive continuous improvement to meet VDS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and client collaborations for successful outcomes.
• Foster client relationships, provide guidance, and resolve issues.
• Evaluate and enhance working methods, processes, and project strategies.
• Handle client accounts and campaigns, aligning content with overarching strategies.
• Gatekeep TikTok strategies and creative content in line with client objectives.
• Collaborate with the account manager to retain, cross-sell, or upsell clients.
• Optimize Project Management processes through SOPs and templates, maintaining top quality.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for project planning, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.
• Assign tasks, foster team communication, and coordinate efforts for project success.
• Develop content and marketing strategies aligned with client brands and objectives.
• Serve as the primary communication link between your project team and clients.
• Provide regular reports and insights together with our performance team.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
• Ensure content quality adheres to agency standards and client expectations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply best practices to campaigns.
• Evaluate project outcomes, implement lessons learned, and share improvements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for outsourced tasks.
