Job summary

aidem, Amsterdam-based TikTok-first agency, seeks a TikTok Shop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and growth of clients’ TikTok Shop accounts. You will handle the technical and commercial management, coordinate with the Affiliate Manager, and work with the Ads team to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong data literacy, and excellent written communication. This role focuses on shop health, campaigns, and reporting for global brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or equivalent social commerce accounts.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with Data Compass, conversion metrics, and ROI.
• Strong technical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple client shops simultaneously.
• Understanding of the TikTok algorithm, content formats, and live-streaming mechanics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Kalodata, Euka, Claude, or equivalent.
• Strong written communication skills for briefing and client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Shop Account Management: Upload and optimise product listings.
• Shop Account Management: Manage pricing, stock levels, and promotional mechanics (flash sales, bundles, discounts).
• Shop Account Management: Monitor and maintain shop health: ratings, response time, fulfilment rate, and policy compliance.
• Shop Account Management: Track shop performance via TikTok Seller Centre and Data Compass (traffic, conversion, GMV per product).
• Shop Account Management: Register and activate platform campaigns to maximise reach and search ranking.
• Affiliate Collaboration: Serve as the main point of coordination between the shop and the Affiliate Manager.
• Affiliate Collaboration: Align on campaign timing, promotional mechanics, and live strategy with the Affiliate Manager.
• Affiliate Collaboration: Monitor the overall contribution of affiliate activity to shop GMV and performance.
• Affiliate Collaboration: Ensure affiliate campaigns are reflected correctly in shop promotions and product availability.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate shop campaigns aligned with the TikTok campaign calendar.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Execute live stream setups for conversion (product cards, promotions, co-host monitoring).
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Report post-campaign performance against GMV, conversion, and shop KPIs.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Stay current on TikTok platform updates and algorithm changes; implement learnings.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain and improve SOPs, templates, and tracking sheets.
