Job summary

aidem, an award-winning TikTok-first agency headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking a Creative Video Conceptor to shape the creative direction and scripts for engaging TikTok videos. You will ensure concepts align with client objectives and resonate with the TikTok audience.

In this role you will collaborate with creators, editors, and marketeers, oversee production days, review edits for quality, and present concepts to clients to secure alignment and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative concept development and scriptwriting for short-form videos.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, user behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Innovative thinking to develop TikTok concepts that drive engagement or sales.
• Knowledge of TikTok video production processes and optimization.
• Collaboration with TikTok creators and cross-functional teams.
• Time management to handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of TikTok advertising opportunities.
• Agency experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization and development of well-thought and captivating creative concepts for TikTok videos, considering trends and audience preferences.
• Concept pairing: Collaborate with our creator marketeer to match concepts with suitable content creators.
• Audience insights & trendspotting: Conduct audience research for TikTok users and stay updated on trends.
• Creative Production: Attend production days to oversee filming and guide the team.
• Edit Quality Control: Review edits to maintain high quality and brand alignment.
• Client Presentations for TikTok: Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.
• TikTok Platform Expertise: Stay versed in algorithm changes and advertising opportunities.
