Responsibilities

• Creative Ownership: take full creative responsibility for the projects you lead - from high-level idea to final delivery.
• Quality Standards: ensure quality across the team; provide feedback on scripts, edits, and captions.
• Concept Development: develop fresh, on-brand concepts aligned with client objectives and platform practices.
• Project Collaboration: work with editors, creators, and other creatives to execute ideas.
• Platform & Audience Insight: stay on TikTok trends and audience behavior to inform storytelling and direction.
• Creator Matching Gatekeeping: select right creators with the Creator Marketer for synergy.
• Production Direction & Footage Review: act as on-set creative director; review footage.
• Final Edit Approval: gatekeep final edits meeting internal and client standards.
• Client Collaboration: engage with clients to understand goals and incorporate feedback.
• Performance Awareness: analyze content performance with performance marketers to refine ideas.
• Creative Workflow: improve processes by sharing ideas to work smarter.
• Mentorship & Team Development: help others grow by giving feedback and guidance.
• Pitch Support: contribute ideas and decks for new business pitches.
