Job summary

OPPA BBQ & Sushi in Almelo zoekt drie onafhankelijke koks voor een fulltime dienstverband. Je werkt zelfstandig in een buffet-restaurant en bereidt verschillende gerechten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor in-house bereidingen, coördinatie van keukenpersoneel, en draagt bij aan menu-verbeteringen. Onboarding is voorzien met uitstekende begeleiding, gratis huisvesting en reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
• MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau vereist.
• Geen ervaring vereist volgens vacature.

Responsibilities

• Ingrediënten worden in-house bereid.
• Toepassen van basistechnieken in de keuken.
• input leveren over samenstelling en methoden van menu's.
• Voorraad en bestellingen beheren en leveringen controleren;
• Coördineren en aansturen van (assistent) koks en keukenpersoneel.

Job description

We are a Chinese and Korean restaurant OPPA BBQ & Sushi in Almelo. At our restaurant, you can enjoy unlimited Eastern and Western dishes in a buffet-style. Meat and fish lovers will find a wide of selections here. Our menu is very various. For instance: Sushi, Chinese-Indonesian, wok, Teppanyaki and BBQ dishes, all freshly prepared, of course. We are looking for three independent working chefs for our restaurant.

Your responsibilities:

• Ingredients are prepared in-house;
• Applying basic cooking techniques;
• Providing input on the composition and modification of menus, menus, and methods.
• Responsible for inventory and order management, such as maintaining stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries;
• Professionally coordinating and directing (assistant) cooks and kitchen staff.

Vereisten

Knowledge and experience

• You work with conviction and is willing to take responsibility;
• MBO-3 work and thinking level;
• No work experience is required.
