Ritchie Bros. seeks a Territory Manager for the Benelux region in agriculture to drive sales of used machinery across auction, Marketplace-E, and private listings.

You will build long-term client relationships, use pricing insights, and tailor solutions to customer needs while collaborating with operations, valuations and field marketing. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the used agricultural machinery/business
• Existing network in the Dutch agricultural sector
• Fluency in Dutch and professional-level English
• Willingness to travel frequently to cover the territory
• Proactive, autonomous, results-driven with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions within the assigned agricultural territory
• Identify geographic areas and sectors with growth potential
• Grow sales through new business development and recurring customer relationships
• Develop strategic plans to secure potential customers
• Maintain and update your Playbook regularly
• Coordinate with the Win Team to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
