Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Territory Manager based in the Netherlands to drive multi-channel sales of used equipment, trucks and other assets.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and develop strategies with clients to maximize asset liquidation outcomes, including auctions, Marketplace-E, or listings. You will travel 1–2 days per week within the territory, maintain a proactive sales approach, and contribute to the growth of the Benelux market while collaborating with the Win

Qualifications

Proactivity and autonomy with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Commercial mindset and willingness to grow in the market.
Knowledge or passion for construction, transportation, agricultural or industrial equipment.
Negotiation skills.
Professional fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territory.
Identify geographic areas and sectors that are opportunities.
Grow sales with new business.
Establish, maintain and grow relationships with main companies in the area; build long-term relationships.
Develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers.
Build, maintain, and update Playbook regularly.
Coordinate with Win Team to fully service accounts including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations and field marketing.
