Job summary

Mush Comb is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales across defined territories in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will report to the CEO and coordinate with the COO while building strong customer relationships and delivering quotes.

The role demands business fluency in Dutch and English, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently. Travel is limited, with territory determined by management. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch and English (speaking and writing) for business.
• Minimum MBO level required.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience in active sales.
• Affinity with agricultural market preferred but not required.
• Technical insight and convincing, self-confident.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own geographic territory as assigned.
• Provide timely quotations within territory.
• Perform calculations using company models.
• Achieve KPIs within territory.
• Set up and manage documentation to accelerate sales.
• Proactively inform CEO of progress and bottlenecks.
