Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. in the Netherlands (Moerdijk area) seeks an outside sales Territory Manager to prospect, manage accounts, and drive multimillion-dollar gross value.

You will pursue new business, grow existing relationships, and negotiate deals with internal teams while traveling to auctions within the region. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, a laptop, a smartphone, and an expense account.

Formación

• 2–10 years in a structured outside/field sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Ability to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Sell multi-channel solutions, source and grow sales in the territory.
• Maintain territory playbook and manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
• Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with internal stakeholders.
• Attend auctions and travel as required within the region.
