Job summary

Benelux Machinery Distributor in Tilburg is seeking a Sales Manager Netherlands to lead growth of an excavator and skid-steer loader dealer network. You will take over the Dutch market, establish new dealers, train them, and drive sales with hands-on field work.

Fluent Dutch, strong B2B sales experience in machinery, and an existing NL market network are highly valued. The role involves significant travel within the Netherlands and regular collaboration with the MD.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in machinery or similar sectors.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong prospecting and dealer-network development skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a dealer network in the Netherlands.
• Find, visit and sign new dealers; train them with demos and sales follow-up.
• Support dealers with training, demos and sales follow-up.
• Spend 4 days on the road in the Netherlands and 1 day in the office.
