Job summary

Elite Consultancy Network Limited is seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to own the Netherlands market, covering construction, agriculture, transport and heavy machinery sectors. The role focuses on developing new business and securing consignments for heavy equipment auctions.

You will travel across the Netherlands, build lasting dealer relationships, negotiate agreements and drive revenue with an uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' sales experience in construction, agriculture, transport or related industry.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset and confident negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, agricultural machinery or construction plant sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Netherlands.
• Secure heavy equipment consignments to maximise auction inventory.
• Build long-term relationships with machinery dealers, farmers, contractors and equipment owners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise sales opportunities.
• Travel extensively throughout the Netherlands and attend auction events.
