Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. seeks a Technical Support Engineer to be the product specialist behind the printing press. You will work with sales, service and engineering, travel across Europe, and support customers from showroom demos to installation start-ups.

Role requires a graphic industry background, experience in application/technical support or pre-sales, and strong knowledge of production workflows. Hybrid work and a company car are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in the graphic industry.
• Background in application support, technical support, print instruction or technical pre-sales.
• Understanding of workflow integration and production processes.
• Able to communicate effectively with operators and directors.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (German or French) helpful due to travel.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Understand a customer's production needs and show how the machine fits them.
• Prepare and run demos that convert prospects into customers.
• Translate complex applications into clear, convincing scenarios for the sales team.
• Support first installations and ensure smooth start-up.
• Assist customers with settings, workflow and application questions in early phase.
• Provide after-sales technical support and answer product questions.
• Share learnings with Sales and Product Management.
• Help build tools, processes and knowledge within the digital team.
