Job summary

Keiron Printing Technologies is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and service our advanced industrial printing systems at customer sites and internal locations. You will act as a key link between customers, production, and engineering teams, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction through on-site and remote support across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering field plus 3+ years field service experience.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission Keiron systems at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site and remotely.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed systems.
Serve as the technical contact for customers; provide operator training.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to address issues.
Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to system design.
Travel internationally within Europe to support installations and service.
