Job summary

CEAD B.V. in Delft (the Netherlands) is seeking a Product Service Engineer to support our large-scale 3D printing systems.

You will provide remote and on-site technical support, train operators after installation, and troubleshoot complex equipment across Europe, the US, the UK, and other regions. This role combines field service with hands-on problem solving, requiring travel readiness, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Affinity with technically complex machines and systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (Europe, US, UK).
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and first-line troubleshooting via CRM and video calls.
• Deliver hands-on operator training at customer sites following installation.
• Collaborate with engineers and specialists to analyse and resolve issues; assist with root-cause analysis.
• Participate in field maintenance and interventions at international customer locations.
