You will tailor demos to customer production needs, turn complex applications into sale-ready scenarios, and support initial installations across Europe.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in industrial digital printing.
• Experience in application support, print instruction or technical pre-sales.
• Knowledge of UV inkjet is a plus.
• Understanding workflow integration, colour management and production processes.
• Excellent communication with operators and directors.
• Structured, self-driven and able to build processes in a growing business.
• Fluent in English; German or French helpful due to travel.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and run demos tailored to the customer's production needs.
• Turn complex applications into demo scenarios that help the sales team close deals.
• Support first installations at customer sites and ensure start-up goes smoothly.
• Solve application and production issues during ramp-up.
• Share what you learn with Sales and Product Management.
• Help build the tools, processes and knowledge of the digital team.
