Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Resolvo Engineering B.V. seeks a Technical Support Engineer to be the product specialist behind the printing press. You will work with sales, service and engineering, travel across Europe, and support customers from showroom demos to installation start-ups.
Role requires a graphic industry background, experience in application/technical support or pre-sales, and strong knowledge of production workflows. Hybrid work and a company car are offered.
The machine is the star. You are the one who makes it shine.
Picture this. A print company is about to invest in a new press, and the stakes are high. They have seen the brochures and heard the promises. Now they want proof.
That's where you walk in.
You load their paper, run their toughest job and let the press do its thing. The quality is razor sharp, and the room goes quiet for a second. Then the customer looks at you and says: "Okay. I'm convinced."
A few months later, you're back, this time at the customer's site. The new press has just been installed, the operators are a little nervous, and you're the one who gets them confident from day one. By the end of the week they're running jobs on their own, and they're already asking what else the machine can do.
That's a good week for a Technical Support Engineer.
Our client builds high-end printing presses for the print and packaging industry, machines that people in the business know and respect. Its digital printing activities are growing fast, which means new customers, new applications and new challenges. The team needs another product expert who can show, explain and support, and who enjoys doing it.
You're the product specialist behind the machine, before and after the sale. You work with sales, service and engineering, and you're the one customers trust when it comes to what the machine can really do.
No two days are the same. One day you're in the showroom preparing a demo, the next you're on the phone with a customer who has a question, and the day after you're on a plane or on the road to an installation.
What you'll do:
You'll work closely with colleagues across Europe and travel regularly, mostly within Europe, to customers, exhibitions and other company locations.
You know the print industry inside out, and you love explaining it. You're just as comfortable at a production line as at a boardroom table.
As soon as possible.

If you want to be the person customers trust, before and after the sale, we'd love to hear from you.
