Keiron Printing Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to lead the support and maintenance of our advanced industrial printing systems. You will independently manage installations, system commissioning, and high-level service activities at customer sites and within our organization.

As a senior technical authority, you will drive continuous improvement, own critical customer escalations, and collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of service engineering experience with complex system troubleshooting and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Expert troubleshooting with a system-level view and strong root cause analysis.
• Hands-on mentality with a structured and analytical approach.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Ability to make technical decisions independently and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex installations and commissioning, owning system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site and remotely.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to improve uptime.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and propose design or process improvements.
• Travel internationally within Europe to support installations.
