Job summary

Blue Lynx in Hilversum is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technology team. You will handle support requests via phone, email, and chat, in Dutch and English, and diagnose hardware and software issues with GNSS receivers.

On-site learning phase required, then one remote day per week. You will repair, configure, and test GNSS receivers and related hardware, liaise with product and development teams, and assist surveyors, engineers, and construction professionals using field

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to commute to Hilversum on-site during learning phase, then 1 day remote per week.
Curiosity and genuine interest in understanding how things work.

Responsibilities

Handle support requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
Analyse technical issues and identify effective solutions.
Communicate troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly to customers.
Collaborate with product and development teams by reporting recurring issues and user feedback.
Repair, configure, and test GNSS receivers and related hardware.
Prepare and manage outgoing hardware shipments.
Provide hands-on technical support for GNSS receivers, mobile apps, and cloud software.
Investigate and resolve technical problems independently from day one.
Support surveyors, engineers, and construction professionals using field technology solutions.
