Job summary
Blue Lynx Employment BV is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Hilversum to handle Dutch and English customer inquiries and provide hands-on support for GNSS receivers, mobile apps and cloud software. You will diagnose issues, guide customers through fixes, and ensure smooth hardware shipments from day one.
The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, an autonomous and analytical mindset, and a willingness to work on-site during training with potential for one remote day per week
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems.
- Interest in how technology and hardware work.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical support requests via phone, email and chat in German and English.
- Analyse technical issues and identify effective solutions.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and communicate resolutions.
- Provide hands-on technical support for GNSS receivers, mobile apps and cloud software.
- Repair, configure and test GNSS receivers and related hardware.
- Prepare and manage outgoing hardware shipments.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues independently, taking ownership from day one.
- Report recurring technical issues and customer feedback to Product and Dev teams.
- Support surveyors, engineers and construction professionals using advanced field technology.
