Job summary

EcoFlow seeks an experienced after-sales technician to deliver online and on-site technical services for home energy storage products in the Netherlands, resolving customer issues and ensuring reliable operation.

You will gather field-reported product and quality issues, consolidate findings for headquarters, and maintain localized FAQs and operation guidelines. The role includes remote and on-site training for local channels and installers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hands-on experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in technical support or field after-sales service.
• Background in Electronic Engineering, Automation or related technical disciplines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in Electronic Engineering, Automation or other technical disciplines is preferred.
• Willing to undertake frequent on‑site travel within the Netherlands.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch; proficiency in German / French / Italian / Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to continuously learn product knowledge.
