Job summary

Hug Engineering AG is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of contact between customers, service engineers, and internal teams. You will ensure service requests are handled efficiently and activities are planned and coordinated to keep operations running smoothly.

You will monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and work with the Project Manager, Service Manager, and engineers to implement timely solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus and technical mindset.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level in a technical or organizational field.
• Experience in a technical, service-oriented, or coordinating role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Affinity with technology and engineering.
• Independent and solution-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
• Experience as Service Coordinator, Work Planner, Scheduler, or Technical Coordinator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the central contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and monitor service requests and maintenance activities.
• Plan, register, and keep service work progressing efficiently.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
