Michael Page Netherlands is recruiting for an energy solutions company that delivers microgrid, battery storage and EMS offerings. The role focuses on technical sales, business development and managing complex project-based sales cycles with energy sector clients across the Netherlands and beyond.

You will build relationships with clients, consultants and EPC contractors, translate challenges into tailored solutions and lead proposals, meetings and negotiations.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, project-based sales cycles within Energy Sector.
• Knowledge of microgrids, battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy management systems (EMS), or sustainable energy solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and translate customer challenges into tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals in collaboration with Engineering and Product Management teams.
• Lead customer meetings, technical presentations, negotiations, and sales processes.
• Manage complex project-based sales cycles from opportunity identification through to contract award.
• Expand the sales pipeline and support tender processes to drive business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on microgrid, energy storage, and sustainable energy solutions.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's position in the energy sector.
