Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our Energy Infrastructure team in Hoofddorp. You will drive strategy, development, and deployment of energy storage solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional groups to strengthen offerings and support growth in renewables.

The role requires leadership of engineers, feasibility studies, budgeting, and stakeholder management with utilities, developers, and regulators.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 10 years in Power Conditioning / energy storage with leadership.
Strong track record in business development and sales in renewable energy sectors.
Knowledge of BESS converter/inverter functionality and power systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for energy infrastructure systems aligned with company goals.
Lead design, development, and deployment of energy infrastructure technologies, including battery storage and grid integration.
Oversee feasibility studies and ensure successful implementation of projects.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the energy infrastructure division.
