Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking a technically adept professional to support PV, BESS and EV charging projects in the Benelux market. You will craft technical materials and training content, assist with customer projects, and engage installers and partners.

The role spans pre-sales support, market research, and collaboration with sales, product, engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project execution in an international, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, renewable energy, or related disciplines.
• Interest in or basic knowledge of PV, BESS, EV Charger, and EMS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technical information and prepare structured documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Experience with installers or renewable energy projects is a plus.
• English, Dutch (C1).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentation materials, and training content for PV, BESS, EV charger and EMS products.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution preparation, technical analysis, quotations, tender documentation, and customer technical inquiries.
• Conduct market, policy, competitor, and product research to support product improvement and business development.
• Support installer engagement activities, including technical training, webinars, community activities, product launches, and local events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and service teams to support project execution and daily operations.
