Job summary

Sungrow Europe in Amsterdam is seeking a technically adept professional to support PV, BESS and EV charging solutions across the Benelux market. You will provide product support, prepare technical materials, assist customer projects, and engage installers and partners.

Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and daily operations. English and Dutch are required for effective cross‑border cooperation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, renewable energy, or related disciplines.
• Interest in or basic knowledge of PV, BESS, EV Charger, and EMS.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare structured documentation.
• Good communication skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with installers or renewable energy projects is a plus.
• English, Dutch (C1).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentation materials, and training content for PV, BESS, EV charger and EMS products.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution preparation, technical analysis, quotations, tender documentation, and customer technical inquiries.
• Conduct market, policy, competitor, and product research to support product improvement and business development.
• Support installer engagement activities, including technical training, webinars, community activities, product launches, and local events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and service teams to support project execution and daily operations.
