Job summary

Sungrow Europe is looking for an ESS Key Account Manager to develop and manage ESS clients and projects in Benelux. This role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar or energy storage industry.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of photovoltaics, language skills in Dutch, English, and French (C1 level), and be proficient with MS-Office and CRM software. The position offers travel opportunities and a multinational team experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Several years in technical sales or project development, preferably in solar or energy storage.
• Good knowledge of photovoltaics and inverters, commercial sales experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French at least on C1 level.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ESS clients and projects in Benelux.
• Collect client requirements and communicate with technical teams.
• Analyze competitors' solutions, pricing, and market strategy.
• Attend national and international fairs and congresses.
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market research.
• Achieve yearly sales targets and ensure local market share.
