Job summary

UNV Benelux & Nordic by Uniview is seeking a technically minded professional to deliver support across pre-sales, sales and post-sales in the Benelux region. You will assist with CCTV and AIoT system design, configuration and deployment and provide partner training and technical guidance.

The role requires a degree in Electronics/Telecom/IT and 1+ year of relevant experience, with English fluency and Dutch or Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or related technical role.
• Knowledge of IP surveillance systems, networking, and security infrastructure.
• CCTV/video surveillance industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Mandarin is a plus; valid local driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
