Job summary

UNV Benelux & Nordic by Uniview is seeking a technically minded professional to deliver support across pre-sales, sales and post-sales in the Benelux region. You will assist with CCTV and AIoT system design, configuration and deployment and provide partner training and technical guidance.

The role requires a degree in Electronics/Telecom/IT and 1+ year of relevant experience, with English fluency and Dutch or Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor or above degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
1+ year of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or related technical role.
Knowledge of IP surveillance systems, networking, and security infrastructure.
CCTV/video surveillance industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch or Mandarin is a plus; valid local driver's license preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales stages in the Benelux market.
Support system design, configuration, and deployment of CCTV and AIoT solutions.
Deliver product training and technical support to system integrators and partners.
Gather customer feedback to support product improvement and solution development.
Collaborate with global engineering teams on product enhancement and localisation.
Other necessary work required from team.
