Job summary

Hikvision Europe B.V. in Hoofddorp is seeking a Technical Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience with alarm, access control and video intercom products, including testing tasks and reporting results.

The ideal candidate is a WO/HBO/Bachelor’s or Master’s student, fluent in English and Chinese, with a preference for a full-time internship; we offer an internship allowance, travel support, comprehensive onboarding, and opportunities to contribute to customer support

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Chinese required, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Full-time internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with Alarm, Access control & Video intercom products and assist in completing new product testing tasks.
• Assist technical engineers in project testing, setup, and demonstration, and write test reports.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues with products, including hardware and software installation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in writing and organizing internal materials (translation, technical documents, solution specifications, etc.).

Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Technical Support Intern in Hoofddorp office.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize with Alarm, Access control & Video intercom, SaaS product, and assist in completing new product testing tasks.
• Assist technical engineers in project testing, setup, and demonstration, and write test reports.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues with products, including hardware and software installation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in writing and organizing internal materials (translation, technical documents, solution specifications, etc.).

Requirements:

• WO/HBO Bachelor’s or Master’s student. No limitation on majors, but engineer related background has priority.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, especially writing and speaking.
• Full time intern is preferred.
