Job summary

TKH Security is seeking a Technical Specialist to resolve malfunctions, perform maintenance, and update software at customer sites and our Zoetermeer headquarters. You will provide on-site or remote support, identify root causes, and apply your CCTV/video management expertise to help customers operate safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Affinity with IT and ICT.
• Experience with video management and/or CCTV is a plus.
• Valid driving license (category B) is required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve malfunctions and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Update software and provide reporting on issues.
• Provide telephone and on-site support to customers.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
• Schedule service visits based on customer SLA agreements.
