Job summary

Hanshow seeks a Technical Project Manager to bridge technical execution and client satisfaction. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of smart store solutions, translating client requirements into hardware-enabled outcomes and providing high-level technical support through the lifecycle.

Reporting to the Head of Technical Service Center, you will collaborate with R&D and global engineering to improve hardware reliability, manage on-site activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years experience in technical project coordination, hardware support, or field engineering.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with rapid problem-solving Approach.
• Strong multi-project management and prioritization under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ownership.
• Valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of smart store solutions for key clients, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Translate client requirements into hardware and technical solutions, including ESL systems and Access Points.
• Manage hardware troubleshooting, parts replacement, and testing for reliability.
• Act as primary technical contact for assigned clients; conduct on-site inspections and deliver performance reports.
• Collaborate with R&D and global engineering teams to feedback recurring hardware issues and drive product improvements.
• Maintain documentation of technical maintenance and track hardware inventory/tools for high availability.
• Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
