Job summary

SPS Commerce, Inc. is seeking implementation professionals to deliver post-sale technical implementations and ensure customers stay live and optimized. Two levels are available: Consultant II and Senior Consultant, with progression based on performance and scope.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams to analyze objectives, configure systems, and manage complex ERP integrations across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
• Experience with data rules, ERP, and supply chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration for implementations.
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and goals.
• Track project progress, meet deadlines, and resolve scheduling issues.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project status and outcomes.
• Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce required results.
