Job summary

SPS Commerce in the Netherlands is seeking a Consultant II or Senior Consultant to join our implementation team in Breukelen. You will lead post-sale technical implementations, diagnose change events, and keep customers informed about project status as you drive value for our retail partners.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with ERP systems and EDI/supply chain concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience for Consultant II; 5–7 years for Senior Consultant.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven experience with EDI and supply chain.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration to complete implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and goals.
• Track progress of implementation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and scheduling issues are resolved.
• Keep customers and other stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Escalate events appropriately when they fall outside your scope.
• Senior Consultant: own support instances that require partner involvement and act as escalation point.
