You will diagnose and resolve issues in customer change events, manage escalations when needed, and collaborate with clients to achieve business objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in client-facing roles, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of the implementation project.
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and goals.
• Provide proactive project updates and maintain transparency throughout the project.
• Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring team deliverables align with client goals.
• Navigate environments where requirements may be incomplete and manage escalations.
• Build strong relationships by understanding trading partners' contexts and priorities.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Track progress of implementation projects and ensure deadlines are met.
