Job summary

SPS Commerce is a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions. The Consultant I will work with a team to implement solutions, diagnose and resolve customer change events, and manage escalations when needed.

Based in our Breukelen office, you will engage with clients to analyze needs, configure systems, and maintain proactive project communication. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 1–2 years in client-facing roles.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to gather requirements and understand customer business needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of the implementation project.
• Consult with clients to analyze objectives and understand business goals.
• Provide proactive project updates and set realistic expectations.
• Advocate for the customer internally to align team deliverables with client goals.
• Track progress of implementation projects and resolve scheduling issues.
